We can help if your home is
Most of the homes we place fall into one of these groups:
-
In a wildfire or brush zone
-
Non-renewed or cancelled by your carrier
-
On the California FAIR Plan and needs a wrap-around (DIC) policy
-
Older, with an unupdated roof, wiring, or plumbing
-
Turned down because of prior claims
Availability depends on the property, location, condition and insurance history. We review available markets and explain the coverage and limitations of each option, including the FAIR Plan and a separate Difference in Conditions policy when appropriate.
What's covered
Depending on the policy selected, options may include dwelling, other structures, personal property, loss of use and personal liability coverage. A FAIR Plan policy has different coverage from a standard homeowners policy. A separate Difference in Conditions (DIC) policy may address additional risks such as theft, liability or certain water damage. We review both policies together, including limits, deductibles and exclusions; no policy covers every loss.
How to review your options
Use the form below and choose a call or text. Have your current declarations page or non-renewal notice ready, along with property details. We review market availability and any inspection or underwriting requirements, then explain your options. Coverage begins only after binding and the effective date are confirmed in writing; we can then provide proof to your lender.
